Courtney
Practice Relations Coordinator
Courtney enjoys building relationships with our referring dental offices as well as our patients and their families. She is also behind the social media posts and fun giveaways and contests! Courtney has been in the dental marketing field off and on since 2012 and with RiverView Orthodontics since 2021. She has three children, all of which are patients at RiverView!
Terrie
Appointment Coordinator
Terrie has been in the medical field for the past 27 years. She joined our team in 2021 and is loving her transition into Orthodontics! She is the first to greet you with her bright smile and welcoming personality. Terrie’s favorite thing about her job is building relationships with our patients and their families while watching their smiles transform!
Anna
Lab Technician
Anna is from Gordo, Alabama and has been with our team since 2019. As our orthodontic lab technician, she brings positive energy to our lab by making custom appliances and retainers for our patients. She also handles 3D printed models.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as reading. She is also a cat and bunny mom and married to her husband Dystin. A fun fact about Anna? She was born and adopted from Russia at 6 months old!
Emily
Sterilization Technician
Emily joined our team in July of 2022. As our Sterilization Tech, Emily tends to all instruments that are used for orthodontic benefits. She makes sure they are thoroughly cleaned and maintained. Alongside sterilization, Emily tends to the needs of her coworkers and is very quick and efficient in doing so.
In her free time, Emily enjoys fishing, traveling and spending time with her family, friends, and 7 pets…specifically her 17 year old cat, Socks!
Kate
Orthodontic Assistant and Digital Coordinator
Kate is a Tuscaloosa native and has been sharing her smiling face and bubbly personality with Riverview Orthodontics since 2016. Along with assisting chair side, Kate takes intra-oral scan, coordinates and arranges all Invisalign and aligner therapy cases, and works with our 3D printer making various appliances.
When she is not at work, Kate enjoys playing with her dog, Kash, going to concerts, and traveling to new places.
Braylee
Orthodontic Assistant and Record Technician
Along with assisting chair side, she also completes records for our new patients and recalls including intra-oral scanning and radiographs. Braylee’s best skill while doing her job is maintaining an optimistic attitude and making prompt decisions.
Outside of the office she enjoys going on walks with her dog, Slinky, drawing or painting and reading a good book.
Kristy
Financial Coordinator
Kristy is a Tuscaloosa native and joined our team in 2019. As our expert financial coordinator, she helps every family afford their treatment thanks to her attention to detail and organizational skills.
When she isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Trace, her family and friends and her precious grandson Rush. She loves to take beach trips or spend a day on the lake.

Erica
Orthodontic Assistant and Clinical Cooridnator
Erica joined our team in August of 2021 and is a very valuable team member. She started her career in orthodontics over 10 years ago but also has 4 years of experience in Oral Surgery, so she enjoys working with our surgical patients and answering any questions they may have about an upcoming surgery. Erica utilizes her bubbly personality to help her patients feel comfortable with their own smile. Erica’s favorite thing about her job is getting to know all of her patients while helping to transform their smiles.
Erica is a great multi-tasker and is always organizing, stocking, or helping another co-worker. Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband, Nick, sons John William and Benjamin, and their silly German Shepherd, Ziva.
Angela
Orthodontic Assistant
A Tuscaloosa native, Angela has been with Riverview Orthodontics since 2006. She takes care of patients with anxiety issues, and puts them at ease, while meticulously following all sterilization and sanitation protocols. She also orders supplies for the practice.
Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending time with her son and granddaughter. She loves going to the beach.
Brooke
Orthodontic Assistant
Brooke joined our team in 2020 and has been a wonderful addition. Her smile lights up the room! As an orthodontic assistant, she spends her days assisting in the process of your smile transformation.
In her free time, Brooke loves to go to country music concerts and travel to new places. Brooke spent much of her life playing softball and is a 3 time State Champion!
Kira
Treatment Coordinator
Kira has been with us since 2009! Kira is our Treatment Coordinator and enjoys coming to work and meeting people as they start to change their lives. She works closely with patients, reviews treatment plans, explains the process, and works on finances, too. She wants to make sure people are able to make informed decisions about care and their new smile!
Kira is originally from California but has lived in the Tuscaloosa area more than 20 years. She attended Shelton State and graduated from the University of Alabama is a BS in finance/real estate.
Kira enjoys riding bikes with son, Dryver and spending time with family.
Jill
Orthodontic Assistant
Jill joined our team in February 2022. With her 11 years of orthodontic experience, she spends her days assisting in the process of transforming our patients' smiles.
Outside of the office, Jill is a coach’s wife and bonus mom to daughter, Mayson. She also loves to be active with her sweet Golden Doodle named Henry. A fun fact about Jill is that she has been skydiving 17 times.
Monica
Dental Hygienist
Monica graduated from UAB as a Dental Hygienist. She spends her days removing braces and watching her patients see their new smiles for the first time!
Monica's best skill while doing her job is the ability to relax her patients. Monica's ultimate goal is to spend more time doing charity work in the community. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as singing solos at church.
